Education and NCAA Compliance:
The Compliance Office is focused on educating all individuals involved in Lasell Athletics—including coaches, staff, student-athletes, and supporters—on the complexities of NCAA rules and regulations. The office regularly meets with coaches and student-athletes to share important updates, clarify rules, and distribute relevant materials to ensure everyone is well-informed and in compliance with NCAA standards. -

Academics
Lasell University offers education that extend beyond the classroom, focusing on academic that can be utilized professionally. Athletes at Lasell University, go through enriching experiences as both athletes and students, our student first positioning sets a standard for our athletes to strive in professional settings as they maintain adequate academic standings. Various support systems are offered, and coaches are mandated to ensure their athletes are performing at their highest in and out of their class. Academic Policy
The Graduate and Professional Studies Academic Review Committee monitors all students' academic progress toward satisfactory degree completion at the conclusion of each semester and session. The committee members include the Dean of Graduate and Professional Studies, the Chair of the Graduate Committee, the Registrar, and the Administrative Assistant to Academic Affairs. Students are in Good Academic Standing if a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 is earned.
Academic Probation at Lasell University is designed to be educative and constructive; its purpose is to engage students more deliberately in the process of progressing academically. Students who have a cumulative GPA of less than 3.0 or receive a failing grade (Grade of F) will be placed on Academic Probation
Full-Time Status
To be eligible as a full-time student, students must be enrolled in a minimum of 12 credits.
