Lasell rolled out a 15-4 advantage over the first twelve minutes. After a three point play by Tyler Bashaw (Williston, VT), the Hawks went on a 8-2 run, bringing the game within five by the 10 minute mark. The Hawks tied the game three more times over the next five minutes, but did not take the lead again. With three minutes to go, Brad Caravoulias' (Dracut, Mass.) fourth three of the game pulled the game out of reach of the Hawks, who scored only three points over the remaining time.
