Dudley, MA- The Lasell men's lacrosse opened up the 2026 season with a hardfought battle against Nichols College.
Lasell Lasers men's lacrosse erased an early deficit and surged ahead midway through the fourth quarter, but a late scoring run by Nichols Bison men's lacrosse proved to be the difference in the season opener. Nichols jumped out to a 4–1 lead after the opening quarter before Lasell settled in. Goals from Sam Guilmette and Carson Tucker trimmed the deficit late in the second, sending the Lasers into halftime down 5–3.
Lasell carried that momentum into the third quarter, opening the frame with four goals in under ten minutes.
