T&F: Ruch Earns GNAC Weekly Honor

Newton, MA- Freshman Caleb Ruch turned in a strong showing at the Jim Sheehan meet, placing third in the 800m with a time of 2:01.39 before coming back to finish ninth in the 5000m (16:35.42). He also contributed to a fourth-place finish in the 4x400 relay. Ruch's 800m time currently ranks as the top mark in the GNAC this season, while his 5000m performance sits third, earning GNAC Rookie of the Week honors.
