XC: Ruch Earns Weekly GNAC Honor

Newton, MA- Freshman Caleb Ruch has earned his first GNAC Weekly Honor after an impressive showing in the Lasers first meet of the year. 

Ruch delivered a standout performance over the weekend, finishing second overall in the men's 5K with a time of 16:33.94. Not only did Ruch earn a silver medal, but he also shattered Lasell's long-standing school record, which had been untouched since 2009, by nearly 40 seconds. Ruch's time marks a major milestone for the program and sets a new standard for future Lasell distance runners.
