Wenham, MA- Lasell faced off against non-conference opponent Gordon College, finishing 0–1 on the day after the second game was canceled due to rain.
Lasell's offense was productive throughout the game, finishing with 13 hits and six runs in a well-rounded effort at the plate. Alyssa Bland led the way with a standout performance, collecting two hits and driving in three runs, while Abigail Fortin added a pair of hits and an RBI at the top of the lineup. Several players contributed to the offensive depth, including Ashlyn McCampbell and Adreanna Ventullo, who each tallied two hits. Emma Tarleton was perfect at the plate, going 2-for-2 with two runs scored, while Emily Stilwell chipped in with two RBIs to help pace the scoring. Lasell also showed aggressiveness on the bases, with stolen bases from Tarleton and Bland.
In the circle, Shyanne Raccio went the distance, throwing six innings and striking out three. Despite her effort, Lasell allowed nine runs on 12 hits, along with five walks, as Gordon capitalized on scoring opportunities.
