WVB: Caro Earns Weekly GNAC Honor

Newton, MA- Lasell University senior Madeline Caro has been named GNAC Libero of the Week for the first time this season, following a standout performance in a perfect 3-0 stretch for the Lasers.

Senior libero Madeline Caro played a key role in Lasell University's dominant 3-0 week, anchoring the back row with poise and consistency. Over three matches, Caro totaled 29 digs, averaging 3.63 per set, while maintaining an impressive .933 reception percentage.

Her defensive presence was especially critical in the Lasers' sweep of Simmons, where she recorded 13 digs and posted a flawless 1.000 reception percentage. Caro reached double-digit digs in two of the three matches, helping steady Lasell's serve receive and transition defense throughout the week.
