NEWTON, Mass. (2/29/16) – Junior guard Armin Omanovic (Wilkesboro, N.C.) and senior forward Pat Marchand (Cranston, R.I.) received Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) post-season honors as announced by the conference office on Monday afternoon.
The Lasers fell 87-80 on Thursday night, as they nearly rallied from a 16 points deficit midway through the second half.
The second seeded Lasers advanced to the GNAC semifinals on the strength of five players scoring in double figures.
Lasell dropped a 67-66 GNAC contest to visiting Suffolk in men's basketball action in their final regular season contest. They will be the #2 seed in the GNAC tournament and will host Suffolk on Tuesday February 23rd at 7:00 p.m.
