Lasells Zach Gagne (Somerset, Mass.) of the mens soccer team was selected to play in the New England Intercollegiate Soccer League All-Star Game on May 9th at Clark University. Gagne is one of 35 NCAA Division III players selected to play in the All-Star competition.

The Curry College Colonels brought the Lasell College Lasers mens soccer 2008 season to and end in the quarter finals of the 2008 ECAC DIII Mens Soccer Championship Tournament this afternoon, at Katz Field. The Colonels took a 1-0 decision, scoring the game winner in the 62nd minute.
Three Lasell College mens soccer players were selected to the Great Northeast Athletic Conference All-Conference Teams for the 2008 season. Zach Gagne of Somerset, Massachusetts was named to the first team, with fellow teammates Dan Hatch of Avon, Massachusetts and Kuol Acuek of Lincoln, Massachusetts being named to the third team.

Newton, Mass. - The third seeded Monks of Saint Josephs College (Me.) brought down the second seeded Lasers of Lasell College in the GNAC mens soccer tournament semi-finals this afternoon, on Taylor Field. The Monks scored early and scored late on route to a 2-0 victory over the Lasers.
Newton, Mass. - The Lasell College Lasers will move on to the semi-finals of the GNAC Championship Tournament after a 3-1 win over Albertus Magnus College. Albertus Magnus finishes their season at 3-5-2 in the conference and 8-8-2 overall.
The Judges of Brandeis University snapped a seven game winning streak for Lasell College, beating them 1-0, in mens soccer action. Though the game was originally intended to be played at Lasell, a last minute change in location because of the weather sent the Lasers down the road to play at Gordon Field.
Newton, Mass.- The Lasers turned around a scoreless first half to beat the visiting Wildcats of Johnson & Wales University, 3-0, in their final regular season GNAC matchup. The Lasers have an 8-1-0 conference record this season, while the Wildcats have a 3-5-0 league record.
Zach Gagne was named mens soccer Player of the Week in the Great Northeast Athletic Conference for the second time this season. Also receiving honors from the GNAC this week was womens soccer goalkeeper Jamie Remmers. Remmers (left) was honored as the Goalkeeper of the Week for the first time this season.

Newton, Mass. - Lasell College cast a shadow over neighboring rival school Mount Ida College today in mens soccer, as they defeated the Mustangs, 6-0. The victors played intense throughout the matchup, never letting down for a second, in front of a rowdy crowd of over 300 on Taylor Field.
Newton, Mass.- Dan Hatch (Avon, MA) scored four times then added two assists in an 11-1 Laser win over Newbury College on Tuesday, at Taylor Field. The Lasers are now 8-5-0, and are on a four game winning streak over the past two weeks.
The Lasell College mens soccer team remains in the top spot of the GNAC standings after beating the Rams of Suffolk University, 3-0, on Saturday. The Lasers jump up to 6-1-0 in the league, with their only loss to Norwich University, and have two conference matchups yet to play.
The Lasers picked up their fifth GNAC win on Wednesday, beating Emmanuel College 4-1 in mens soccer. With this win, the Lasers were bumped back up to the first place rankings in the league, standing at 5-1-0 in the GNAC and 6-5-0 overall.
The Lasell College mens soccer team notched another win today in GNAC play as the beat Albertus Magnus College, 2-0.
