BABSON PARK, Mass. – The New England Intercollegiate Baseball Association (NEIBA) announced the 2011 Division III All-New England Teams today which featured 52 athletes from across the region. Lasell's senior outfielder Conor Cavanagh (Quincy, MA) was named to the Third Team All-Region.
Six Lasell College baseball players earned seven total awards from the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) in Monday’s release of conference honors. Joshua Sullivan (Rockland, MA) earned first team all-conference as an infielder and second team honors as a pitcher while Conor Cavanagh (Quincy, MA) joined Sullivan on the first team and Carlton Lentini (Wilmington, MA) joined him on the second team. Eric Howard (Newton, MA), Christopher Pittman (Brockton, MA), and Bobby Stachura (Middletown, CT) made the ranks on the third team all-GNAC.
STANDISH, ME- The Lasell College baseball team fell to Suffolk University, 10-6, Saturday afternoon after jumping to a 4–0 lead through two innings and a 6-1 lead after the top half of the third.
